Linda Rios
Owner and broker of
Whitegate Properties and
Management received her Real
Estate license in 1972.
After working in home and
avocado groves sales in
Temecula, Linda moved to
Bonita where she received
her broker's license in
1978. Linda acquired
Whitegate Properties and
formed Whitegate Properties
and Management in 1981. A
longtime member of the
Pacific Southwest Board of
Realtors, Linda is always
active in local issues and
has served on the ethics
committee. Linda specializes
in insurance issues,
payroll, human relations and
day-to-day operations of the
company. Her interests
include the arts, art
history, travel and reading.
Nathan Boyd
A native of Dalton , Georgia
, Nathan came to San Diego
in 1975 while serving in the
U.S. Navy. After his
military service in 1979, he
attained his real estate
license and began his real
estate and property
management career. Nathan
joined Whitegate Properties
and Management in 1981. He
specializes in resident
manager training,
landlord/tenant law and 1031
tax deferred exchanges.
Nathan's experience and
interests include
volunteering with youth
sports organizations, sports
officiating, sailing and
photography.
Bill Sprange
Bill became licensed in 1978
and joined White Properties
and Management in 1981. A
graduate of Long Beach City
College , Bill attended the
University of Arizona
majoring in Business
Administration and Area
Development. A long time
property manager, he also
specializes in beach area
sales and out of state
investments. Living at the
beach for twenty-eight
years, he is always abreast
of the current market
conditions. Bill's personal
interests consist of travel,
scuba diving, photography,
cooking and fine wines.
Linda Hiney
A native of Bloomington ,
Minnesota , Linda is a
former teacher with a
Bachelor of Science in
education. Moving to San
Diego in 1976 to be closer
to family, Linda became
licensed in 1977 and began
her real estate career. In
1983 Linda became a broker
and for several years worked
as an independent
specializing in home and
apartment sales and
apartment renovations. In
1981 Linda joined Whitegate
Properties and Management.
Linda's interests include
spending time with her
husband, two teenagers and
lending support to all their
sporting activities, working
with the PTA's Sweetwater
District Council and the
PTSA of Eastlake High School
.
